The new X-Trans CMOS sensor APS-C II 16.3 million pixels and the new EXR II processor definition increase of about 25% and reduce noise over 30 %. They are able to take pictures in high resolution, comparable to those from full-frame sensors. With no optical low-pass filter and a powerful processor, FUJIFILM X100S produces sharp images with minimal grain, even at high sensitivity.
Focus Hybrid: contrast detection and phase
The new X-Trans CMOS sensor II is dedicated to the development phase detection pixels, which provides the world's fastest AF in Read only 0.08 seconds.
